EDR Contracting Ltd (EDR) provides earthworks, drainage and road construction services throughout the Canterbury region.

Our company was established in 2011 where we were heavily involved in the Christchurch earthquake rebuild, sub-contracting to SCIRT contractors. Over time, EDR has become a trusted and highly regarded construction company with excellent track records in health & safety, environmental, quality and project management.

Skilled and experienced in all aspects of civil construction, EDR provides a 'One Stop Shop' solution for clients on projects of all sizes. We have completed many large subdivisions around the Canterbury region.

 

We were proud to be a big part of the Nga Puna Wai Sports Hub in Christchurch, where we were contracted by Polytan NZ Ltd for the construction of the atletics track, hockey and tennis areas. We have also constructed two FIFA grade football fields at Logan Park, Dunedin and the Rangiora International grade hockey field.
